Last night with some high 70's population, 1/3 of the server was outlaw, that's just ridiculous. I'm fine with giving them new classes, they need footman. But, if this shit continues we need to do something. This is why we can't have nice things. XD. Like just balance it out where people don't just swarm to outlaws, the no raid rule is conducive to balancing so things of that nature should be implemented if this is not a one-night thing Balance would be without a 15 strength outlaw class mate. XD. Yeah, that's an obvious solution. Actually, now what I'm getting into is more rules rather than map, but what if outlaws were treated more like regular players (maybe slightly) in terms of before the rules, in order to balance out the addition of footman. Maybe get rid of the good armour that's available at outlaw camp. Also, footman isn't too bad, although anything above that is just unacceptable.

Also Edward's, the iron nodes near the castle that you deleted, idk what it was called, but the glitched out castle, those irons nodes have such a low hp that they only give 2 iron before they break.

I was going to say things that they can do which normal players can't do, like robbing for items, but I looked at the rules again, and that's the only thing that's special about them. So, nvm then. Plus that 1/3 of the server being outlaws thing might just because the footman thing is new and I might be reading too much into it.

I already did a hotfix by MastR's order & changed Footman+Archer+Crossbow into Militia+Huntsman. The outlaw spam should either be rectified or at least more easily repelled.

You just turned the outlaw faction from being interesting for once to being completely useless again. Please revert those changes, it was really fun to have more outlaw classes, especially when you have no commoner classes at all. Only people whining about OP outlaws are the people being robbed, but this happens to us all and you have to deal with it. With so few factions on the map (which is good) a strong outlaw faction adds a chaotic component which is (was) really fun. never change a running system pls

I believe the outlaw camp is just fine how it was with Xbow, Archer, And footman. The Nerf removing these 3 classes was really uncalled for. People are getting mad because now outlaws can only halt for light armor, we cant halt for anything heavy due to not having 15 str classes like footman. Youre basically punishing those who play as a outlaw because poeple suck and cannot defend themselves.

The outlaws ARE fine, some mappers don't think footman should be added, the retard that made Lowlands thought Commoner Sergeant was a good idea--- each to their own. Outlaw footman is debatable, but removing Outlaw archer is unacceptable. The Outlaws are not overpowered, and nerfing them into uselessness is not helping anybody.
For anyone that says Outlaws need lancer and sergeant ought to neck themselves.
