Quick thing - Can you move the merc camp to the iron mine in the center of the map? The current placement was ill-thought out. I'll explain.
The Commonwealth faction *took glunmar and another castle to get combat classes* sits on the bridge with pikes and archers, shooting anyone running toward merc camp for a banner, effectively cutting off any chances of recapping a castle if you are at war with them or another faction. Moving the merc camp to the place I mentioned is about the same run from the commoner spawn, but is not wholly out of the way of any other faction willing to hold up a naked push to banners.
commonwealth held 4 castles tonight, camping merc camp and allowing nobody to buy a banner to cap a castle. Something has to be done about that. They can camp the merc camp once its moved, but since they have such a close spawn to merc camp and can control the bridge and shoot anyone in merc from it, the placement is terrible. Go ahead and tell me how "its fine, you should just peace them they have all the castles you lost the war u suck vic just peace it noob." You also tell me that the faction that holds Glunmar does not have an advantage over anyone else at camping merc (WHICH SHOULD BE IN A NEUTRAL LOCATION ACCESSIBLE BY ANYONE AT ANY TIME.) *SEE SKYRIM FOR PRIME EXAMPLE*, you are wrong, and I will gladly supply screenshots tomorrow to prove my point.

You just turned the outlaw faction from being interesting for once to being completely useless again. Please revert those changes, it was really fun to have more outlaw classes, especially when you have no commoner classes at all. Only people whining about OP outlaws are the people being robbed, but this happens to us all and you have to deal with it. With so few factions on the map (which is good) a strong outlaw faction adds a chaotic component which is (was) really fun. never change a running system pls And people ignored me when I said the outlaws were fine, and that large bands cause chaos. The outlaws ARE fine, some mappers don't think footman should be added, the retard that made Lowlands thought Commoner Sergeant was a good idea--- each to their own. Outlaw footman is debatable, but removing Outlaw archer is unacceptable. The Outlaws are not overpowered, and nerfing them into uselessness is not helping anybody.

Yeah same, I'm iffy about footman, but if it people won't abuse it then I would be fine with adding it back in. But archer is the bare minimum for outlaws. Without archers, outlaws are just crap. Although I disagree with you here, "For anyone that says Outlaws need lancer and sergeant ought to neck themselves." C'mon, of course, outlaws need lancer and sergeant class. How else will they be able to make up for this gross injustice and be op again and rape the server with cancer? It'll be glorious, bands of roving hunter-mounted outlaws robbing everyone. XD

I think the iron mine surrounded by the palisades would be a perfect place, like Vic said.

Yeah, placing it in Central Woods is a decent idea, but it kinda creates the same situation (not as bad as it is now). This is because that central iron mine is close to Last Hearth Field, where Edwards wants to put that castle back in. When he does that, the merc camp would be pretty much easily controllable by Last Hearth (although not as bad as with Glunmar). It's also a bit hard to get to, requiring one to go trhough the woods from comm spawn and pass by Last Hearth's land to get there from any direction, unless on tries to ford the river and probably drown. But, all told its probably the best spot, as it feels like the map right now isn't very conducive to moving shit around, too small.

UPDATES LIST -all cattle pens given AI barriers to prevent cows from escaping -drawbridge at vienna fixed to where you cant glitch in from below anymore -horse healing spots added across the map to include: Camelot and Hellstone which previously did not have any -brown light brigandine at camelot given stock (previously did not have any) -Mercenary camp moved to center of map where the empty pasture is

Sieging that castle impossible. The first day the map went up Bohemia built a ladder into the castle while 20+ Danes were inside and capped the castle. Its not impossible.

Its a castle, not a house. It shouldnt be easy to break into. None of my castle designs are if defended properly.

The ladder point to the left in the swamp is amazing. If a pub faction can use it successfully anyone can lmao. Maybe if the big factions spent less time installing .ddls and more time training engineer this wouldn't be a problem.
